Have contacted power eqip people and generac people since oct 8 th about my bad ats that came with 60 hz generator.Everyone says I'll call- I'll check- see what I can do and nothing happens.I did as they asked-took to local authorized dealer and they leave them in the dark also.Anyway I'm going to just use it as a manual transfer switch from now on and write a bad review ever week or so saying that they do not care what happens after customer has paid for and accepted delivery of their product! have talks to several reps and none have any idea what a coil does-opens with power-closes with power- experts in their adds are only experts at getting your money!
